Missing ability to attach tasks to manual recordings

Should work just like attaching tasks to favs except you'll attach the task ids 
to the Airing.SetManualRecordProperty() API call.

How do you think we should handle this?  I am thinking we need to do this at 
the time the manual recording is selected.  So I think I need to make a dialog 
that appears after the user selects "Record This Show" asking if they want to 
manual recording to go to SJQ.  Is that what you are thinking?

Or add a menu option accessible from the recording schedule.  That's what I was 
thinking.

I decided to use the same dialog that appears allowing users to assign tasks to 
Favorites.  I think it works well, if you disagree just reopen the ticket.
