Add dymanic skip times #315

Add dynamic skip times based on the sport that is being watched. 

Defaults:
- NHL: 10 sec and 90 sec.
- MLB: 10 sec and 90 sec.
- NFL: 25 sec and 90 sec.

It might make sense to make this a stand alone plugin.  More thought required.

I think it makes more sense to create this as a stand alone plugin.  I've 
started looking at it.
