Need to include ec-code annotations when generating knowledge base #4

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
When generating the knowledge base, the library retrieves names and synonyms
for the GO and KEGG annotations found in SBML models. It does not yet retrieve
data for ec-code annotations, many of which are cross-referenced with GO.

ec-code annotations are now included in the generated libsbmlrf knowledge base.
KEGG webservices are used to retrieve human-readable names and synonyms for
ec-codes.
