missing occurrenceID and catalogNumbers #1

@teleaslamellatus three specimens in the list do not have occurrenceID or catalogNumbers. Can this be fixed?

@teleaslamellatus need to add column typeStatus for new holotypes and paratypes

1) ask Gavin for catalogNumbers for type specimens 2) generate UUIDs for all specimens as this is the identifier in your dataset. https://www.uuidgenerator.net/
