DDL load failed #1

When trying to run the Setup file, I am getting this error:

ImportError: DLL load failed: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

It says it tries to handle it but some exceptions occur:

Did you follow the installation specified in the readme for Windows? Which tensorflow did you install (CPU or GPU version)? If you installed the GPU version, you need cuda and cudnn in order to make it work.
