Java/Spring SDKs for NGSI9/10 and NGSIv2 #7

We have made client/server SDKs for NGSI9/10 (mostly NGSI10 and most used NGSI9 calls) and for NGSIv2 (ongoing work).

Maybe we could have a Wiki page on this project to reference all the SDKs around Fiware and the NGSI protocol ?
