REMOVE rpm stuff and documentation #2354

This PR removes most of the RPM stuff, including documentation, so misunderstandings like the ones in issue https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-cygnus/issues/2353#issuecomment-1978718661 won't happen again.

The only pending step would be to migrate the .spec file to dedicated changelog file (as we did in https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-orion/blob/master/Changelog time ago)
