update node version to 4.8.4 #47

Do not merge until make sure fiware-device-simulator RPM is properly generated. Time dependence needs c++11 compat compiler, and node4.84 over centos6 do not provide an environment like that.

Regarding with RPM backward compatibility there are still release/XXXX branches in order to ensure that.
