style guide #963

All the source code of orion should follow the style guide. Also, the make steps should ensure that the style guide is followed before compiling the code.

Effort: 5 man day

Taking into account our ~97% metric on sylte compliance, I think this could be considered "nice-to-have" (it would be different is we have, pe. 50% only).
