Check and define valid characters in entity and attribute names #82

There should be a character check for each of the attributes in a Device Provisioning or Configuration creation. The appropriate check should also be discussed with other parties involved (Context Broker, other IoT Agents, and so).

The limitations included in CB should be applied in the agents too: CB forbiden chars
