Various improvements to readme #10

  1. Improved the deployment guide, so that it shows how to make the bot deplyable, while leaving npm start suitable for running the bot locally.

  2. Fixed a spelling mistake (libary -> library).

  3. Added $ to beggining of every shell command, for consistency.

  4. Corrected info strings (js -> bash).
