Thanks for PR! There are new update types added, so I prepared another one https://github.com/telegram-bot-rb/telegram-bot/pull/229 . I've also changed the way payload type is detected because there are too many of them now

I've also made all strings frozen in #227 , if you have a chance please give it a try before release, it's already in master. I'll release 0.17 next week
