Telegram layers 13 & 14 #15

Hi

Are you going to upgrade this to telegram layers 13 & 14? Because now we don't have mime types of audio/video files. I want to store the files but I don't know how to get the file extension. I have the TLVideo object but I can't figure out the file extension from that. I also have multiple TLFilePartial objects but from those I also can not figure out the file extension.

You can use this tool to compile actual layer API classes telegram-tl
