[Feature Request] Add "Include Channels" toggle in Badge Counter settings like in iOS #16167

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I would like to have the same taskbar icon counter number I have on my iOS app. It seems like now I'm unable to because tdesktop does not have that toggle option.

It can be really useful to see if I have something important to check without even opening the Telegram.

Right now I have to work a lot, and channel news seems not as urgent as personal messages/chats. When I have no time to go through all notifications, on iOS with "Include Channels" disabled I see a Badge Counter appear only if some person messaged me/my unmuted chats. And only when I have some time, I go to the Unread folder to read up on interesting news etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add "Include Channels" toggle option in the Badge Counter settings. It should act the same as in the official iOS client - it decides to include or not include unmuted channels in the main/app counter. It also should depend on the existing "Count unread messages" toggle.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I don't think there's any alternative cause I don't want to mute some channels, I still read them daily when I have the time.
