Cannot read long names completely #17327

Steps to reproduce

Spot a user with a shamelessly long name (this phrase itself would be a shamelessly long name).

Expected behaviour

Make them tickers, or wrap, or extend to an enough extent to fit, or limit the length like it was with the RTL switcher in my name, I don't know.

Actual behaviour

Debian GNU/Linux 12, compiz-reloaded 0.8.18

Version of Telegram Desktop

3.2.6 beta

duplicate and api, telegram have filenames limited to 60 chars.
