[Feature Request] Automatically add proxy servers

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There isn't one best proxy server to be connected to all the time.

Proxy servers are getting banned every day to limit accessing Telegram. Servers might not work all the time in a day, one might be up another might be down or banned.

Describe the solution you'd like

There are channels inside Telegram that provide links for adding proxy settings. They provide new proxy servers a few times a day. It would be amazing if there were an option to automatically check the last 10-20 proxy setting links inside these channels (the channels that the user has marked as trusted proxy setting providers) and add those proxy settings that are working better than already added proxies. (this check could be repeated every time one of those channels posts something new, or when the user goes IDLE)

Combination of this feature with "Automatically connect to the best proxy server" makes Telegram always connected.

I'm not sure how practical this is but it would be awesome if the professional team of Telegram could hear this idea.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I don't know a way to automatically have new proxy servers (or new connections in any form)
