Microsoft has released their fluent emoji pack to open source: https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-emoji. Maybe it is worth to add this emoji pack to Telegramm app?

@Igorgro I'm a bit worried it says it is about 1.5k emoji, but in tdesktop we generate more than 3k images. Some are definitely missing there.

It would be nice that telegram add this library as a "standard" for all the apps (desktop, android, iOS, Web)
