[Feature Request] Hide phone number from the menu (and other privacy-related tweaks)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes, I'm tired of blurring out my phone number all the time I'm taking a screenshot of some places. Problem becomes even worse once I'm recording something

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a toggle in the menu to hide your phone number (as well as many other private things) from easily accessible places. Like Discord does when it detects OBS running.

Another (and even better) option is to hide phone number by default, but make it work like newly added spoiler text (i.e., show it when you click on it)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Having a throwaway account. If I show its phone number by accident, it's not that big of a deal
Alternative clients (they have their own (dis)advantages, but I'd like to see that in the main app)
Suffering every time and blurring it out

Additional context

Same applies to the Android version of Telegram app. Maybe to iOS too, but I can't tell.

I think adding it to Settings → Privacy and security → Phone number as a toggle would be enough. It should hide it both from sidebar and main settings menu:

If I could. I tried building Telegram myself, but all the time build process just crashes my entire system because app itself is really huge. And I'm pretty sure, not everyone wants to build entire app just because of one small tweak.

phone number is already removed from main menu on 4.3.3, still on settings.
