Telegram-desktop crushes immidiately when I try to call anybody or listen a broadcast #25188

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start telegram-desktop 4.2.4 which is installed via snap on ubuntu 16.04.
  2. Try to join a videochat, a broadcast or to call somebody.
  3. Enjoy an immediate crush.

Expected behaviour

Versions ago the application used to work correctly.

Actual behaviour

I've already told all the staff about it.

The problem here is snap ecosystem doesn't provide any infrastructure to provide debug symbols to end users (and even to developers), so debugging snap package crashes is not possible. So I recommend you to migrate to the binary version from https://desktop.telegram.org
