TD is freezing during downloading files on an external HDD

Steps to reproduce

Download a file (for example 50+ mb) on an external HDD.

Expected behaviour

TG doesn't freeze during downloading.

Actual behaviour

TG is freezing during downloading.

Operating system

Win 10 64 bit

Version of Telegram Desktop

4.6.2

Installation source

Static binary from official website

Logs

No response

I have the same problem on linux: telegram version: 4.6.5 kernel: 6.1.21
