It's why I asked to add "An option which enabling it lets clients do that". So you can disable it (by default) if you wanna stay private.

In harder censor days, there are more need to share proxies locally, person by person and device to device. The users need to copy proxies manually and share them using Bluetooth or third party apps and add them to the other device.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option in settings which user can enable it to let proxies be sent or received to/from other devices on local networks without the need to user prompt is helpful. If Telegram was running in background, and network was available, it should search for nearby devices having Telegram and exchange proxies with them automatically in background.
