Media viewer breaks after nvidia video card driver update. #26939

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any picture and memorize it
  2. Install the video card driver update without rebooting, it is not required
  3. Open another picture.
  4. The picture from step 1 will be shown with white stripes along the edge on the right and bottom. The picture from step 1 will be displayed instead of any image or video screen

Everything starts working properly again after restart tdesktop

Expected behaviour

Showing the picture I open up to

Actual behaviour

Displaying the last image that opened before the driver update even if I click on a video clip rather than an image
