Chat in new window causing always-online behavior

Steps to reproduce

Open Telegram Desktop
Open a chat in a new windows
Cover, Minimize or close all tdesktop windows
Ask someone to send you a message

Expected behaviour

Unread message
Notification on mobile device
Message read only with focused window

Actual behaviour

No notification on mobile app
Message read without window being focused nor opened (also when minimized or just in background)

Windows 10 (10.0.19045.3693)

Version of Telegram Desktop

4.11.7 (x64)

Further info: ALT+TAB after focusing main window causes always-online behavior too
