Chat in new window causing always-online behavior

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Telegram Desktop
2. Open a chat in a new windows
3. Cover, Minimize or close all tdesktop windows
4. Ask someone to send you a message

Expected behaviour

• Unread message
• Notification on mobile device
• Message read only with focused window

Actual behaviour

• No notification on mobile app
• Message read without window being focused nor opened (also when minimized or just in background)
