Web preview text is always shorter than on mobile #27186

Steps to reproduce

Send any link that has 4+ lines of text in its preview description. Example: https://vxtwitter.com/game_obscure/status/1724824218385404174

Expected behaviour

I'd expect preview text to be of similar length between desktop and mobile, since some important extra context can be missed otherwise.

Actual behaviour

Telegram Desktop only shows the first 3 lines from the description text: image

iOS client shows more text: image
