Steps to reproduce

1. Open telegram
2. View the chat or channel to the end

Expected behaviour

When viewing a chat or channel, if there are no more unread messages or news in it, then the number of unread messages should not remain in the list of chats and channels in the channel name column.

Actual behaviour

For some reason, sometimes the number of unread messages remains near the name of the viewed chat or channel, although there are none. Minimizing and restoring the application window helps. log.txt
