Issue with Text Formatting in Quoted Texts #27527

Steps to reproduce

  1. Transform a sentence into a quoted text.
  2. Select one or more word from the BEGINNING of the sentence.
  3. Apply a formatting style such as Bold, Italic, Underline, Spoiler or etc.

Expected behaviour

The formatting should be applied without splitting the quoted text into two separate quotes, similar to the behavior observed in Telegram Android:

Actual behaviour

It splits the quoted text into two separate quotes:
