Telegram snap does not show changelogs when it gets updated #27686

Steps to reproduce

  1. wait for an update
  2. open telegram snap
  3. It doesn't show the changelog message

Expected behaviour

what I used to have in arch linux packages like: "telegram updated to version x.x.x: added y, bug fixes"

Actual behaviour

No changelog
