Windows App Hangs when Clicking on Call Button #27937

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the main window of Telegram.
  2. Select a user chat.
  3. Click on the icon to initiate a phone call.
  4. When the secondary box appears, click on the button to proceed with the phone call.

The issue arises during step 3; clicking the button to make a phone call causes the program to momentarily hang for about one second. This delay also occurs upon clicking the button in step 4.

Expected behaviour

The expected behavior is that the system should not pause momentarily after clicking the button; the response time ought to be instantaneous.

Actual behaviour

plz, open task manager when telegram freezes, then right click over telegram -> create dump and send to https://t.me/preston
