Steps to reproduce

Archive some chats
Edit the folder and exclude Archived chats

Expected behaviour

Archived chats should not shown in that folder

Actual behaviour

Archived chats shown

Operating system

Manjaro 23.1.4

Version of Telegram Desktop

@AmirHosseinKarimi Exclusion of archived chats works for chat categories that you're including, like contacts or channels or bots. It doesn't apply to specific individual chats that are added manually to the folder, specifically added chats override the categories exclusion (like archived exclusion or read exclusion), while specifically removed chats override categories addition (you can add all channels, but manually exclude some channels).

I do not have any individual chats included in this folder. Only Contacts and Non-Contacts. Also, In the Android version of Telegram, The archived chats are hidden in this folder which is expected behavior.
