I'm not quite sure if this is a bug, but the telegram bot displays the ID that starts with -100

I'm not entirely sure that this is an error, because "peer_id" is always specified without "-100" or "-x", because there are constructors for this (https://core.telegram.org/type/InputPeer)

But of course, as an improvement, I really would like groups to look like "-x" and supergroups to look like "-100x" It really would be more convenient.
