bug with gif preview details on desktop

Steps to reproduce

1. anybody sends you some gif that you not see and not load before
2. you just check how that looks like on mobile telegram and in telegram desktop

Expected behaviour

Expected behaviour -- the same looks like

Actual behaviour

Actual behaviour -- different looks like --

1. in tg desktop we do not see how many megabytes will be spent for load a gif --

   

   this in not loaded gif -- 3mb was loaded after click before gif was loaded and begins to play

2. on mobile telegram we can see how many megabytes will be spent for load a gif --

   

tg desktop = v5.6.1 tg android = v11.2.0 (5299) store bundled armeabi-v7a (redmi 7a)

I know somebody will say again "this is not bug but feature" -- my answer is "lets make tg desktop great again!" :) ty
