The taskbar icon shows up & the window pops up on the screen.
Actual behaviour
The taskbar icon shows up without the window. I click on the taskbar but nothing pops up. However,
the app works fine if minimized back and then opened from the tray. I tried older versions of telegram (portable and installer) but got the same result.
