TelegramBots may not be invited as admin to channels and groups anymore #3136

### Steps to reproduce 1. Create a bot via BotFather 2. Make a new group or channel 3. Try to add the created bot as admin. ### Expected behaviour Bot is displayed in list and you are able to choose him and add him, after. ### Actual behaviour Bot will not be displayed in list for adding as admin. It will be shown in the list when trying to add as member and you can actually proceed, but the service is "loading" infinite so this does also not work. ### Configuration **Operating system:** MacOS, tried this also on iOS (both latest releases to this date) **Version of Telegram Desktop:** Latest release to this date.

Works fine for me. TDesktop 1.0.24 alpha, Windows 10

The issue is still recent for me and also friended devs. However, with recent updates the bots show up on the select lists again, but they are still not valid for an invite, Telegram remains unresponsive or just closes the invitation process when trying to promote one as admin of a channel.

@Arengo What country are you from? Maybe it has something to do with TG's local server side limitations. I'd suggest you to contact support, if it doesn't work on All Devices for you and for your friends.
