[request] CTRL+ENTER to send a message from the quickshare view when 1+ recepients are selected #4769

### Steps to reproduce 1. click on the quickshare icon next to a channel post 2. select one or more recepients 3. try to forward (send) the message with CTRL+ENTER ### Expected behaviour The message is forwarded to the selected recepients ### Actual behaviour CTRL+ENTER selects/unselects the chat we are currently over, which is the same thing that happens when you use ENTER alone. It would be nice to have CTRL+ENTER to send the message instead ### Configuration **Operating system:** any **Version of Telegram Desktop:** 1.2.24 alpha **Used theme**: any
