When dragging and dropping in files, the emoji/sticker pop-up should stay dormant #6121

### Steps to reproduce 1. Grab file icon. 2. Drag and drop into Telegram, but accidentally do so in such a way that the cursor moves over the emoji icon on Telegram. 3. Flail the cursor around in annoyance because the emoji pop-up won't close and you can't close it manually without dropping your file. ![telegram](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/6607512/59197883-550a5900-8b8a-11e9-9b2a-8b2a7876671b.gif) ### Expected behaviour The emoji pop-up shouldn't open while you're dragging and dropping a file. ### Actual behaviour The emoji pop-up opens when you're dragging and dropping a file, and it can't be closed again without un-grabbing the file and having to start all over again. The space where you can drop the file to upload it becomes very tiny and the assistance text is completely covered by the emoji pop-up so you can't see whether you're choosing the "upload quickly" or "upload original file" option. ### Configuration **Operating system:** Mac OS 10.14.5 **Version of Telegram Desktop:** 1.7.3 **Used theme**: Default, I guess? I don't remember ever changing the theme!
