Inconsistent sticker pack dialog experience #6179

### Steps to reproduce 1. Find a random sticker from a pack. 2. Click or tap on it. 3. Look at the opened dialog. ### Expected behaviour On Telegram and Telegram X for Android (haven't checked Telegram for iOS), the sticker pack dialog always has the options to share or copy the link and switches between add and remove depending on the case. Telegram X for Android additionally provides the ability to archive the sticker pack if it has been added. ### Actual behaviour On Telegram Desktop, if the sticker pack has not been added, the dialog restricts the options to adding the pack. Once added, the dialog does not allow removing the pack, only sharing it, which instead copies its link instead of switching to the share dialog. ### Configuration **Operating system:** Windows 10 **Version of Telegram Desktop:** 1.7.10 **Used theme**: Built-in

The experience remains limited in Telegram Desktop.
