uploaded tgs files appear to get reloaded the file changes #7691

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an animated sticker, save it somewhere
  2. Send said sticker using telegram desktop
  3. Overwrite the same file with a different animation
  4. The chat shows the new contents of the file instead of the old one

Sometimes you might need to go to a different chat and go back to where you sent the sticker for the bug to show up

Expected behaviour

Telegram should render the file that was uploaded

Actual behaviour

Telegram reloads the file from disk

Configuration

Operating system: Kubuntu 19.10

Version of Telegram Desktop: 2.0.1

Installation source (Linux Only) Official release
