Download/Upload Manager #809

Hello developer team, Thanks for your great apps. I suggest that you add a page or tab or menu or something like that for managing downloads. I mean when user is on a group with lots of posts/messages, and s/he clicks on download button of a file then if s/he scrolls to somewhere else it's very hard to find the position of file that is/was downloading.

A Download Tab could be great, featuring current on progress download files, and ETA. (Even on Telegram Mobile)

This is stupid, what else could be more important than this issue which has been asked in almost every dev q & a site... and since this was asked in 2015, almost 15+ other similar issues have been opened, yet the devs give a blind eye, I just wasted my precious time and expensive data only for my downloads to fail and not resume.

You can ban me block me or whatever the heck you wish to do, but this remains STUPID!
