[Feature Request] When hover the cursor over any gif in the gifs tab, that gif starts playing #8397

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I have saved lots of gifs When I go to the gifs tab, all gifs are playing and tdesktop lags a lot.

Describe the solution you'd like

Gifs don't play, then when I hover the cursor over any gif, that gif starts playing.
