Arduino IDE Lib #23

This moves the avr code into it's own subtree and a make target to copy in deps, to make it compatible with the Arduino IDE

The example builds, but needs more testing yet:

Sketch uses 18,928 bytes (7%) of program storage space. Maximum is 253,952 bytes.
Global variables use 528 bytes of dynamic memory.
