This is a work-in-progress yet, some proposed improvements based on a first pass at implementing cs2a in telehash-c.

The TLDR so far is:

change IV on the wire from 4 to 12 (to be consistent w/ GCM practices)
separate the AES secret key from the ECC public key (include in the encrypted prefix sent in a message)
secret keys are also used to generate the channel secrets
the message signature includes the IV

The implementations in js and c based on these changes have gone really well, I'm planning to merge this today :)
