Doc(NOISSUE): Added documentation for excludes on RHEL >= 8 systems #78
I've tested the behavior and got the following results. Firstly, this problem still exists here: https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/nagioscore/issues/950 and secondly, we could remove nagios-plugins-mysql from the exclude, but only once the MariaDB repository has been configured. This is actually outside the scope of this role and would just be another dependency that users might not want to have. However, I've added some documentation on how to configure the MariaDB repository and install the nagios-plugins-mysql package as a pre-task
