Support robots.txt and sitemap.xml #55

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The ingress rewrites should support a configurable mapping for robots.txt and sitemap.xml.

Describe the solution you'd like Using a map that defines the rewrite rules so that additional rewrites can easily be configured. Alternatively, a more specific mapping for those two filenames.

Describe alternatives you've considered Creating these ingress objects manually is possible, but cumbersome.
