The nginx-ingress controller has a default max upload size of 1MB. This is usually insufficient for both the frontend website and the Studio.

The max upload size should be configurable for both the frontend websites/CAEs and the Studio.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only other alternative is to change the default in the ingress controller configMap.
