change relative to absolute links in README.md #19

In the README.md there are relative links:

    <a href="/../../commits/" title="Last Commit"><img src="https://img.shields.io/github/last-commit/telekom/nlu-bridge?style=flat"></a>
    <a href="/../../issues" title="Open Issues"><img src="https://img.shields.io/github/issues/telekom/nlu-bridge?style=flat"></a>
    <a href="./LICENSE" title="License"><img src="https://img.shields.io/badge/License-MIT-green.svg?style=flat"></a>

But they do not work on the pypi page here: https://pypi.org/project/nlubridge/

Suggestion: change to absolute links
