devel: fix cmake for interfaces plugin after the change of utils path and include bridge yang files #61

As we test the changes introduced on devel branch to support bridges we found the following issue: 1- memory utilis path has been changed, hence the interfaces plugin couldn't compile as its referencing the old memory.h path. 2- bridge yang modules are outdate and missing some dependencies.

This is a PR against devel branch, as a start to help continue working on devel branch for full support bridges.
