Feature/support w3c bidi #398

Description

Added support for W3C bidi with a new provider similar to ChromeDevTools

[x] Network - listen to requests and respones
[x] LogInspector - listen to console logs
[ ] Basic authentication
- [ ] need RemoteWebDriver support, maybe solved with https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/pull/13528
- [ ] Network interceptors seems to be supported, but does not work (https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/seleniumhq.github.io/issues/1593), docs at https://www.selenium.dev/documentation/webdriver/bidirectional/webdriver_bidi/network/
