Update config doc section to remove privateRepo #34

Having privateRepo in the image settings causes traffic manager to be in ErrImageName state.

Ah okay so that is just an example config file to show you how you might configure telepresence. I think it is worth leaving that piece in there because people do use Telepresence in environments where the images need to come from their private registry, but I'll add additional comments to the docs to emphasize that you shouldn't actually use this sample config.
