[Suggestion] Completely disable inject-tcp method on Darwin #1469

Hi.

From recent versions on macOS, torsocks seems to be completely broken(preloading dynlibs is getting harder every new macOS release) and therefore the inject-tcp method is broken.

Telepresence should refuse a request to use this method on Darwin as it wont work anyway.
