Add hierarchy for nested lists in the See Also section

The See Also section lacks styles for rendering nested lists. As a result, the RELATED ARTICLES section on the right is broken.

For example, the following implementation renders similarly to the attached screenshot from a bug in the API docs - the list is not scrollable and also the entries overlap with the main page and with one another:
